Holding of the large book-reading competition “Student Etiquette”

The Cultural Affairs Office of Khatam Al-Nabieen University (PBUH), with the aim of promoting a culture of reading, enhancing academic ethics, and strengthening a sense of responsibility among dear students, organized a large book-reading competition titled “Student Etiquette.”


Registration for this competition continued from 27 Aqrab 1404 to 2 Qaws 1404, during which a total of 148 individuals registered, and 91 of them participated in the examination. The competition was held on Monday, 3 Qaws 1404, at 9:30 AM in the university courtyard.


The closing ceremony and prize distribution of this competition were held on Tuesday, 29 Saur 1405, at 9:00 AM in the Ayatollah Mohseni Conference Hall, with the enthusiastic participation of students, along with a number of university officials and professors.


At the beginning of the program, the capable host, Mr. Mohammadreza Heidari, welcomed the guests and participants and announced the agenda of the event.


Then, the distinguished reciter, Dr. Musa Bashir, recited several verses from the Holy Quran, filling the atmosphere of the gathering with spirituality and a sense of reverence.


Next, Dr. Ali Reza Naseri, Head of Cultural Affairs of the university, spoke about the importance of engaging with books and the role of reading in the intellectual and moral development of students. He emphasized that the outcome of reading should be a transformation in human personality and thought, enabling individuals, after self-improvement, to become a source of positive change in society and their environment.


At the end of the ceremony, certificates of appreciation and valuable prizes of the competition were awarded to the winners by Professor Ruhullah Saadiqi, Deputy for Student Affairs; Dr. Ali Reza Naseri; Dr. Mohammad Alam Ahmadzadeh, Head of the Counseling Center; Engineer Seyed Anwar Shah Mousavi, Head of Research; and Dr. Seyed Najibullah Salimi, Head of the Stomatology Clinic Department.
