- Procuring, configuring, and updating university IT systems;
- Monitoring the university’s ISP and managing internet/network utilization;
- Distributing and optimizing internet bandwidth across campus;
- Assessing needs for computer/communication equipment and approving procurement requests;
- Overseeing technical evaluations and approving IT-related purchase invoices;
- Creating email addresses for university staff;
- Installing OS, software, antivirus, and updates on university computers;
- Diagnosing hardware issues and performing repairs within capacity;
- Regular inspection of IT systems, electronic infrastructure, and status reporting;
- Safeguarding university systems and networks;
