- Collaborating in preparing content for university introduction packages and monitoring their layout process;
- Preparing texts for banners, announcements, appreciation letters, and overseeing their design in coordination with relevant units;
- Publishing announcements and information packages after layout and ensuring their timely submission for printing;
- Publishing university promotional packages on information channels during spring and autumn entrance exams;
- Photography and news coverage of official meetings and university events, preparing and publishing their reports;
- Preparing content for university information channels and updating them promptly;
- Uploading and updating university website content and coordinating to add new features;
- Supervising the layout of university research works at the end of the semester and uploading them to the website;
- Monitoring the filming process of university programs, updating, and publishing them on information channels;
