This memorandum of understanding was signed with the purpose of exchanging scientific experiences and fostering academic cooperation between the two universities.
The President of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, while expressing his pleasure and readiness for all forms of cooperation with the people of Afghanistan, announced his willingness to expand scientific collaboration in the fields of education and research, including faculty exchange and the admission of students in technical and social sciences.
Dr. Sayed Abdul Qaium Sajjadi, on behalf of Khatam al-Nabiyyin(PBUH) University, thanked the positive approach of the officials of Zaeem University of Istanbul and emphasized the readiness and welcome of Khatam al-Nabieen(PBUH) University to define and expand joint scientific activities, develop academic cooperation, and exchange scientific experiences of professors from the two centers.
This memorandum of understanding was signed on September 4, 2025, at the office of the President of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University between the officials of the two institutions.
It is worth mentioning that Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University is one of the reputable universities in Turkey, hosting students from various countries around the world. A number of Afghan students are currently studying at this university.
