Qualifications and Responsibilities of the Office Management of the Academic Vice-President
- Receiving requests and applications from students and faculty and presenting them to the Academic Vice-President for review;
- Organizing meetings and announcing resolutions of councils and committees chaired by the Academic Vice-President;
- Coordinating among the subordinate departments of the Academic Vice-President in performing assigned tasks;
- Coordinating with provincial branches of the university in educational matters;
- Preparing reports for the Academic Vice-President to present to the university’s President and Supreme Council;
- Preparing necessary and relevant information for the university’s website related to the Academic Vice-President;
- Addressing issues and responding to applicants based on the authority delegated by the Academic Vice-President;
- Coordinating the university’s educational activities across various disciplines and fields in collaboration with faculty deans;
- Collaborating with relevant units to organize training workshops for staff working in educational and administrative departments;
- Assisting in drafting executive regulations related to the Academic and Graduate Studies Vice-President;
