An orientation session for newly admitted Master’s students was held on Wednesday, 27th Hamal 1404 (April 16, 2025).
This session was attended by the Honorable Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the Honorable Vice Chancellor for Research, the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, the Head of the Postgraduate Program Board, the Heads of the Departments of Law and Political Science & International Relations, faculty members of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, and students from the Master’s programs in International Relations, Criminal Law and Criminology, and International Law.
The session commenced with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Mr. Sayed Rishad Abdali.
Following the recitation, Dr. Abdul Karim Eskandari, the Honorable Academic Vice-President, delivered a speech highlighting the university’s rules and regulations for Master’s students. He emphasized that pursuing education is a valuable and future-shaping decision, and that students must be prepared to face challenges and obstacles along the way. Those who persevere with dedication, determination, and motivation will undoubtedly achieve meaningful and rewarding outcomes.
Subsequently, Mr. Mohammad Abdollahi, the Academic Director of the Faculty, provided detailed information on the academic system, including the use of the university’s digital platform, course credit selection, probation policies, academic failure, deferment, and the process of selecting top-performing students.
