The scientific seminar “Advanced AutoCAD Training” was held on October 12, 2025, by the Departments of Civil and Electrical Engineering at Khatam Al-Nabieen University(PBUH). This program received widespread participation from professors, graduates, and students.
In this seminar, participants were introduced to modern and advanced methods of engineering design and drawing using AutoCAD software in a practical and technical manner. The specialized topics covered in this program included project drawing and editing, layer management, external references for projects, advanced paper and printing settings, and the use of advanced AutoCAD commands.
The presenting professor facilitated effective learning and real-world experience with the software through practical exercises. Participants expressed satisfaction with the educational content and requested similar courses in other specialized software as well.
The organization of this seminar is considered an important step towards enhancing practical skills and strengthening the connection between theoretical knowledge and technical work, demonstrating Khatam Al-Nabieen University’s(PBUH) commitment to empowering the new generation of engineers in the country.
