Competencies and duties of security management
- Planning, organizing, and directing all security and protection activities of the university;
- Ensuring public order and maintaining campus discipline;
- Supervising the entry and exit of individuals/vehicles, as well as the transport of university property (with proper documentation and reporting);
- Daily inspections of security conditions within and around university premises to eliminate potential risks;
- Immediate reporting of incidents (e.g., fires, thefts) to authorities and taking preliminary preventive measures;
- Assigning duties/shifts to security personnel and monitoring performance (reporting to the Administrative & HR Director);
- Conducting training needs assessments and organizing military/disciplinary courses for security staff;
- Regular inspection and maintenance of security equipment to ensure operational readiness;
- Verifying valid/updated ID cards for students and staff during entry/exit;
- Proactive measures to prevent security breaches or emergencies;
- Coordinating with police/security forces during meetings, conferences, or gatherings on campus;
