University President Message
The scientific growth and prosperity of nations form the cornerstone of development and social progress and are among the shared values of the human community. Based on scientific findings and the practical experience of developed societies, human and financial capital are the two fundamental pillars of development and social progress. However, among these, the role of human capital and committed, specialized professionals holds greater significance and a higher status. This underscores the crucial role of scientific research in the process of development and social advancement.
A workforce equipped with expertise and modern knowledge, combined with commitment and adherence to religious and national values, plays a vital role in navigating this challenging path. Ensuring and guaranteeing the human capital necessary for development is the most important mission of academic and scientific institutions in the present era.
