Competencies and Responsibilities of the Graduates Affairs Directorate
- Overseeing distribution, collection, and archiving of graduation clearance and liability release forms in graduates’ academic files;
- Verifying financial clearance and administrative liability status before issuing any graduation certificates or documents;
- Archiving required documents to complete incomplete academic records;
- Reviewing graduate files for degree issuance eligibility;
- Registering and certifying graduates’ degrees with relevant departments of the Ministry of Higher Education;
- Creating data backups and ensuring strict security of graduate records;
- Reviewing graduation lists and coordinating with faculties to resolve discrepancies;
- Organizing the Alumni Association, including planning scientific, technical, and cultural seminars and meetings;
- Maintaining a structured alumni database;
- Preparing annual analytical reports and statistics on graduates;
- Active collaboration in organizing graduation ceremonies;
- Submitting regular activity reports to senior management;
- Performing other duties as assigned by senior management.
