  1. Handling all recruitment processes for university staff in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations;
  2. Organizing recruitment and selection committee meetings, announcing agendas, drafting resolutions, obtaining signatures, and communicating resolutions to relevant authorities;
  3. Maintaining employment records and issuing appointment, mission, suspension, promotion, leave, overtime, and other related decrees, while safeguarding records;
  4. Implementing employment and welfare laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines for staff;
  5. Creating and maintaining a personnel database and service records for all administrative and service staff, and preparing necessary reports;
