Competencies and Responsibilities of the Academic Records Review and Archives Directorate
- Developing work plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual);
- Preparing checklists for academic documents;
- Reviewing and completing students’ academic records in coordination with the Academic Director;
- Establishing timelines for submitting academic reports to the Ministry;
- Ensuring completion of enrollment, results, and graduation reports;
- Cross-verifying enrollment, results, and graduation ledgers;
- Reviewing student documents prior to issuance;
- Registering, classifying, coding, and archiving records (both electronically and physically);
- Providing access to files as needed by relevant departments and ensuring their safe return;
- Implementing measures to protect records from potential risks (e.g., damage, loss);
- Submitting reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual);
- Performing other duties as lawfully assigned by senior management.
