Qualifications and Responsibilities of Student Affairs Vice-Presidency
- Receiving and processing requests from students and faculty, and presenting them to the Student Affairs Vice-Presidency for review;
- Organizing meetings and disseminating decisions of councils/committees chaired by the Vice-Presidency;
- Facilitating collaboration among Student Affairs Vice-Presidency units to fulfill assigned tasks;
- Coordinating with provincial university branches regarding student academic records;
- Preparing reports of Student Affairs Vice-Presidency for the University Presidency and High Council;
- Compiling and updating Student Affairs Vice-Presidency related content for the university website;
- Addressing student issues and inquiries within the Vice-Presidency’s delegated authority;
