Students Affairs Vice-Presidency

Mr. Rohullah Sadeqi was born in 1987 in Qarabagh district of Ghazni Province, Afghanistan. He spent his childhood and completed his primary and secondary education in the same district, graduating from high school in 2006.
In 2010, he earned his bachelor’s degree in General History from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Kabul University, graduating as the top student. His passion for history and research led him to pursue higher education, and in 2013, he obtained his master’s degree in History with distinction from Al-Mustafa International University in Iran.
Alongside his academic pursuits, Mr. Sadeqi has been active in various professional and academic fields. He has valuable experience in education and culture:
Teaching: With a love for education, he began his career as a teacher.
Cultural and Social Expert: He worked as a cultural and social expert at the Tawhid Association.
Head of Planning and Examinations: He served as the head of planning and examinations at Khatam Al-Nabieen University.
Academic Staff and Student Affairs Vice-President: Currently, he is a member of the academic staff at the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Student Affairs Vice-President at Khatam Al-Nabieen (PBUH) University.
In addition to his professional activities, he has been highly active in the academic field, writing numerous articles on history and social sciences, which reflect his commitment to research and knowledge dissemination.
He is a prominent example of hard work, perseverance, and a passion for progress in academic, cultural, and social fields and is recognized as a successful role model in Afghanistan’s academic community.

The Student Affairs Vice-Presidency is the primary department for establishing communication with students, planning precise pathways for them, and fostering their development. Creating a suitable environment for creativity and providing timely and transparent services are the core missions of the Student Affairs Vice-Presidency.
Within the framework of the Student Affairs Vice-Presidency, the Directorate of Student Affairs, the Directorate of Examinations, the Graduates Management Office, the Counseling and Career Center, the Language and Vocational Training Center, the Health Center, the E-Learning and Discipline Committees, and the Student and Graduates Councils are active.
Qualifications and Responsibilities of the Student Affairs Vice-Presidency
- Preparing plans and policies related to student affairs to provide appropriate services and align with the standards set for presentation to the university’s Supreme Council;
- Providing appropriate advice and collaboration to the University President and Vice-Presidents to improve university affairs;
- Supervising the distribution of diplomas, transcripts, examinations, and exam results, as well as the issuance of student ID cards;
- Monitoring and controlling the maintenance of student enrollment, academic, and graduation records, as well as other official university documents and the university’s official seal;
- Overseeing the implementation of university regulations, bylaws, and policies;
- Preparing the academic calendar of the university and presenting it to the Student Affairs Vice-Presidency Council for approval;
- Reviewing and monitoring student deferral and transfer processes to ensure transparency;
- Organizing and overseeing scientific conferences and student seminars;
- Developing the university system;
- Ensuring the transparency and effectiveness of the university system;
- Establishing and implementing e-learning systems;
- Developing mechanisms for effective communication with graduates;
- Supervising student and graduate associations;
- Evaluating the performance of staff under the Vice-President to make informed decisions and improve work efficiency;
- Reporting the activities of the Student Affairs Vice-President to the university’s President and Supreme Council;
- Attending necessary external meetings as required by the President’s orders;
- Preparing and submitting accurate statistical reports for reporting to the Ministry of Higher Education;
- Performing duties assigned by the University President in accordance with the law.
