Qualifications and Responsibilities of Administrative Management:
- Preparation, implementation, and reporting of the operational plan for management;
- Review and consolidation of all operational plans and quarterly/annual reports of the Administrative and Financial Deputy;
- Collaboration in preparing documents and evidence related to the Quality Assurance of the Deputy;
- Performing all assigned tasks strictly based on approved methods, regulations, guidelines, and directives from superiors;
- Organizing, assigning, and supervising the work of service staff;
- Preparing and developing necessary administrative guidelines and mechanisms;
- Monitoring the smooth workflow of all departments under supervision;
- Supervising the maintenance and cleaning of university buildings and facilities, ensuring proper use of vehicles, and preparing daily work schedules for drivers;
- Addressing, planning, and supervising necessary repairs in various university departments;
- Developing mechanisms and programs for performance evaluation, training needs assessment, and capacity-building workshops for all staff under management;
- Participating in the evaluation process of staff under management;
- Managing the organization of meetings, seminars, and workshops at the university level;
- Providing responsible guidance and responses to visitors;
