Qualifications and Responsibilities in Human Resources Management:
- Handling all recruitment processes for university staff in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations;
- Organizing recruitment and selection committee meetings, announcing agendas, drafting resolutions, obtaining signatures, and communicating resolutions to relevant authorities;
- Maintaining employment records and issuing appointment, mission, suspension, promotion, leave, overtime, and other related decrees, while safeguarding records;
- Implementing employment and welfare laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines for staff;
- Creating and maintaining a personnel database and service records for all administrative and service staff, and preparing necessary reports;
- Recording staff attendance, monitoring the attendance system, and taking necessary actions regarding absenteeism;
- Creating an annual attendance database to monitor the proper use of staff leave entitlements;
- Preparing monthly performance reports for staff to facilitate salary payments and other entitlements;
- Calculating staff attendance and leave hours, and preparing necessary reports;
- Managing and organizing all matters related to the issuance and renewal of staff ID cards;
- Developing mechanisms and programs for performance evaluation, training needs assessment, and capacity-building workshops for administrative, security, and service staff;
