Level 2, with the criterion of “learning”, the questions revolve around the knowledge, skill, creativity and responsibility of the learners, after completing an educational course;
Level 3 is based on the “behavior of the learners” and “job search” and “improving occupational, social and moral behavior” are asked about the effect of completing the course and educational events on finding a job and improving behavior at work and workplace;
Level 4 is the criterion of this level of “brings”. The central question is as follows: What material, spiritual, and social prestige have the students achieved by completing the course, and what functions and benefits have they had for the society.
