Political system of Islam
Dr. Sayed Abdul Qaium Sajjadi
Introduction
The subject of the Islamic political system is one of the most controversial and wide-ranging topics. This topic has been discussed and debated among Muslim thinkers under different titles since long ago. Talking about the possibility and rejection of the Islamic political system, the discussion of what and why the Islamic political system is, and finally the issues and questions related to this issue have always been subjected to theorizing, criticism and investigation. Although this discussion and the questions arising from it were mainly of a regional nature and were mostly discussed at the level of the Islamic world, on the other hand, they were not unrelated to international issues and developments in the international system. If the issue of the political system of Islam and the questions related to it are among the internal issues of the Islamic world, its scientific and theoretical consequences and works have never been limited and confined within the geographical boundaries of the Islamic world. The progress of science and technology, the emergence of industrial society, the age of communication revolution and information explosion, and finally the category of globalization, have all had an impact on this issue and related questions.
