This seminar, which was initiated by the Counseling and Career Center in cooperation with the Honorable Vice-Chancellor of Student Affairs and the coordination of the Department of Public Relations and International Affairs of Khatam-ul-Nabiin University, was held on Saturday, 31 January 1402 with the presence of assistants, professors, head of office and head of public relations and international affairs, employees, students, university graduates and the respected media of Tamdan TV in Khatam-ul-Nabiin University.

This program started with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, then Mr. Ruhollah Sadeghi, Vice President of University Student Affairs, while thanking and welcoming the guests, stated that the provision of quality educational and scientific services is the most important mission of the university, and added: Counseling and capacity building centers for students and graduates have been activated in line with this mission. Also, Mr. Sadeghi stated that the most important goal of holding this program is to get familiar with the necessary instructions and criteria for getting a scholarship, so that the participants can identify the ways to succeed in getting a scholarship after receiving the information.

In the following, honorable Mr. Murshid Shamsi, the founder and founder of Kara Institute, discussed important issues such as familiarization with scholarships and private education, the role of academic documents, authentic documents in English in the process of applying for scholarships and getting admission to foreign universities, how to write a motivational letter and recommendation letter, and other important issues.

Mr. Shamsi gave a brief description of scholarships and their difference with private education, and added: Scholarships can be a completely free or semi-free program that is provided annually by charities, universities and governments throughout the countries. But private higher education requires personal expenses.

At the same time, emphasis was placed on the role of academic and supporting documents and it was noted that in addition to valid academic documents, supporting documents such as having a language certificate such as (IELTS, Duolingo, TOFEL), certificates of participation in short-term and long-term programs, such as computer programs, educational programs or sports programs, writing a motivational letter is a necessary and necessary criterion to impress the reader or evaluator and presenting a recommendation letter written by one of the professors of the university or the school. to be, has a graceful role in getting a scholarship.
