A seminar on the mutual obligations of administration and employees in Afghanistan’s labor rights was held
- This seminar was held on the 17th of Mizan 1402 in line with the implementation of the operational plan of the Directorate of Research and to inform about the mutual rights and obligations of the administration and employees. The program began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Word of God by the respected reciter Ali Mansour Sharifi and directly with the words of Dr. Qasim Ali Sadaqat, the research director of the prestigious Khatam Al Nabiin University (PBUH).
- Referring to a verse from the 216th sermon of Nahjul Balagha, Dr. Sedaghat stated that the administration and employees have mutual rights. After stating the preliminaries, they divided their arguments by referring to the Afghan labor law into two parts: the administration’s obligations towards the employee and the mutual obligations of the employee towards the administration, and explained each of these mutual obligations in detail. He stated that the laws need a platform and suitable conditions for implementation, and therefore the pursuit of labor law in Afghanistan has been challenging from this point of view. Along with the labor law, work conscience and moral commitment can lead to the provision of mutual rights of employees and the administration.
- At the end of the program, the participants expressed their questions regarding the mutual obligations of the administration and employees in Afghanistan’s labor rights and received suitable answers. The program ended with good prayers and gratitude for the participation of colleagues and officials of Khatam al-Nabiyin University (pbuh).
