1. Developing the operational plan of the university president’s office and acting accordingly;
2. Compilation of the calendar of meetings of the university presidency;
3. Preparation and adjustment of the university president’s weekly program;
4. Holding meetings of the university president according to the calendar;
5. Preparation of notification of the approvals of university president’s meetings;
6. Preparation and presentation of the university president’s monthly performance report;
7. Preparation of quarterly and annual reports of the university president;
8. Collecting quarterly and annual reports of vice-presidents and subordinate units of the directorate;
9. Checking the email address of the university president every day;
10. Implementation of other affairs according to the order of the university president.
