University dean held a meeting with administrative staff members. This meeting was held in May 11, 2022 in which Dr. Abdul Qaium Sajjadi talked them online. In preliminary minutes, Mohammad Reza Sirat, staff members’ representative shared the Challenges, objectionable and suggestive affairs to the university dean in the working realm of staff members. After listening these views, Mr. Sajjadi, University Dean expressed his optimism in working at university and added that in the ongoing situation of the country your efforts are highly valued and your significance in the organization is undeniable.
In continuation he acknowledged that motivation of executive forces is as significant as leading and planning in effectiveness and efficiency of activities and final productivity of the university. Mr. Sajjadi promised that he was strongly committed to strengthen the motivation of staff members through paying attention to privileges and eliminating any barriers in the working realm as much as possible.
In concluding minutes of the meeting university dean emphasized that providing job security, strengthening working motives, improving working capacity and employing and training competent, efficient and capacious forces are the points which highly will be concentrated on in the main coming programs of the university.
