In short, the main mission of the university is to guide the superior and diverse talents for organizing complex and diverse issues of society. The vision of an organization reveals the horizon of its growth. This horizon should not be outside the missions of an organization and should be implemented by implementation of its missions. The missions of an organization are its existential philosophy. These missions are the main task of an organization and their failure is the failure of the organization. In order to achieve its goals, the research department with designing coherent formation and appropriate mechanism follows the following missions:

• To pave the ground for research projects through holding necessary courses and workshops;
