This memorandum was signed on  December 2th, 2020,  between Afghanistan Information Resource Center and Khatam-Al-Nabieen University (PBUH) in presence of the two parts’ representatives including the university chancellor, Dr. Mohammad Wahid Binesh, the heads of the university faculties  and the head of university research department  from one side, and Zohal Nabi, the coordinator of Afghanistan Information Resource Center from the other side.

Based on this agreement,  the students and professors of Khatam Al-Nabieen University (PBUH) can use the available resources of this center in person and online. Moreover, the library of Khatam Al-Nabieen University (PBUH) will be connected to three online centers: Noor Specialized Magazine Database (Normagz), the Islamic World Regions Center (ISC) and the Afghanistan Information Resource Center.
