Then, the host announced that Dr. Nazari would speak first, followed by Dr. Baratali Naqavi.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Abdul Latif Nazari, Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs, referred to several important projects, including TAPI, and emphasized that the following approaches should be considered for such projects:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Academic policies should be at the center of decision-makers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It creates jobs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With these kinds of projects, the economy must move away from its traditional state;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investment must be attracted through them;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The government should generate effective revenue through them;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Political stability will be achieved with such projects.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Baratali Naqavi, a faculty member of the Economics Department at Khatam Al-Nabieen University, stated that the approach to such projects should be comprehensive and systematic. Therefore, attention must be paid to initial conditions and necessary and sufficient conditions. In terms of initial conditions, Afghanistan&#8217;s capacities should be considered so that these projects lead to economic growth and development in people&#8217;s economic lives. Thus, attention should be given to agriculture, industry, and human resource development. On the other hand, in terms of sufficient conditions, attention should be paid to a powerful and capable government, which currently somewhat exists.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Similarly, attention should be paid to the powerful and capable nation, and human resources should be developed.
