This seminar was held on 30 Saur 1405 at the lecture hall of Khatam Al-Nabieen University (PBUH)<\/a>, organized by the Career Center<\/a> in cooperation with the Human Resources Management Department. The program was presented by Dr. Mohammad Reza Sirat, Chief of the University President\u2019s Office<\/a>, and aimed at enhancing administrative skills, familiarizing participants with the principles of administrative management, and introducing the methods of preparing and organizing official correspondence. <\/p>\n\n

All students and graduates who had been introduced as interns to domestic and external organizations by the Career Center during the year 1404 attended this seminar and benefited from the topics and materials presented. <\/p>\n\n

At the beginning of the program, Dr. Mohammad Alam Ahmadzadeh, Director of the Career Center of Khatam Al-Nabieen University (PBUH), welcomed the participants, appreciated the cooperation of the Human Resources Management Department, and expressed his gratitude to Dr. Mohammad Reza Sirat as the presenter of the seminar.<\/p>\n\n

Next, Dr. Mohammad Reza Sirat provided detailed explanations on the fundamental concepts of administrative management and official correspondence, including planning, organizing, leading, controlling, and the importance of effective communication in organizations. He emphasized that administrative management plays a fundamental role in optimizing organizational performance and achieving administrative goals. <\/p>\n\n

Similarly, in the section on official correspondence, emphasis was placed on clarity and accuracy in writing, the use of formal tone, brevity, adherence to standard document structure, respect for the recipient, and reviewing and editing the text before submission. <\/p>\n\n

In another part of the seminar, the different types of official correspondence, methods of preparing inquiries, proposals, and administrative letters, as well as the process of registering and documenting official correspondence through the incoming-outgoing office and the receipts office were explained. Participants were introduced to the principles of registration, tracking, and archiving of administrative documents. <\/p>\n\n

At the end of the program, certificates were distributed by the Vice Presidency for Student Affairs to interns who had been introduced through the Career Center. <\/p>\n\n

The seminar was well received by the participants and played an effective role in enhancing the administrative and professional skills and awareness of students and graduates. <\/p>\n\n
