regulations;<\/li><li>Creation and completion of student files and medical records for all enrolled students and admitted candidates;<\/li><li>Organization and classification of students by field of study and year of enrollment, in coordination with the Planning Directorate;<\/li><li>Assignment and issuance of student IDs and ID cards for all students;<\/li><li>Announcement and execution of registration and course selection at the beginning of each semester;<\/li><li>Setting deadlines for course add\/drop periods;<\/li><li>Attendance tracking for all classes and follow-up on related matters;<\/li><li>Submission of a copy of student files to the respective faculty;<\/li><li>Collection of faculty course schedules before the semester begins and entry into the database;<\/li><li>Publication of the semester-based academic calendar;<\/li><li>Monitoring students\u2019 academic progress, ensuring attendance records are maintained, and preparing monthly reports for submission to the Examination Committee at the end of the semester;<\/li><li>Semester-based academic status reports to faculties, categorized by probation, success, failure, withdrawal, and expulsion;<\/li><li>Assigning students to repeat courses under the relevant faculty and recording grades;<\/li><li>Collaboration with faculties in organizing extracurricular educational and recreational programs;<\/li><li>Preparation of comprehensive, annual, and mid-year academic transcripts based on the Examination Department\u2019s reports and delivery to students;<\/li><li>Coordination with the Graduates Affairs Department to introduce graduating students;<\/li><li>Processing requests for academic certifications for students on behalf of the Academic Vice-Chancellery;<\/li><li>Database system management and ensuring data security;<\/li><li>Assistance in organizing graduation ceremonies;<\/li><li>Providing statistical and analytical reports on students\u2019 academic status on a semester basis or as needed;<\/li><li>Collaboration with the Examination Committee in conducting exams;<\/li><li>Preparation and submission of key tables, semester results, and graduation lists to the Ministry of Higher Education;<\/li><li>Oversight of daily operations in subordinate sections;<\/li><li>Continuous liaison with the Ministry of Higher Education and submission of academic reports through the Academic Vice-Chancellery;<\/li><li>Submission of top-performing students\u2019 names in each field annually to the Academic Vice-Chancellery for recognition and awards;<\/li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Academic
