This office is responsible for addressing all inquiries and issues related to faculty members, including both academic and contractual staff. It serves as a bridge between faculty members and the Academic Vice-President, and in some cases, with the Administrative and Financial Vice-President, the University President, faculties, and occasionally the relevant departments. In essence, as the title suggests, this directorate is closely involved with the financial (material and moral), administrative, and academic affairs of faculty members, particularly the academic staff of the university. It primarily has an administrative-executive nature and, in some cases, oversees the performance and implementation of faculty duties.
