&#8220;Decision-Making and Executive Activities&#8221; based on the committee\u2019s bylaws.<br \/>Decisions are made in the committee, and all executive matters, including the follow-up of committee decisions and resolutions, are carried out by the relevant directorate.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preparing and approving the committee\u2019s meeting calendar;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and approving the committee\u2019s operational plan;<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing the approval of committee members at the beginning of each academic year;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the committee\u2019s resolution records and implementation reports;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the university\u2019s operational plan implementation report for submission to the Supreme Council;<\/li>\n<li>Raising awareness about program content and implementation methods through consultation, collaboration, and coordination meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Aligning programs with other essential university documents;<\/li>\n<li>Guiding executive units as needed and upon request from the relevant department;<\/li>\n<li>Timely extraction, approval, and confirmation of annual indicators for executive units;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the development and alignment of departmental strategic and operational plans with the university\u2019s strategic plan;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the proper implementation of activities listed in the operational plan across all departments;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring university members move along the defined paths toward the vision, mission, goals, and values;<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing semester-based and annual monitoring and evaluation plans;<\/li>\n<li>Identifying content, structural, and executive obstacles and challenges in the strategic plan;<\/li>\n<li>Identifying members with superior thinking, skills, or greater commitment and loyalty, and proposing material and moral incentives for them;<\/li>\n<li>Proposing revisions and adaptations to the strategic plan and programs in response to environmental changes and identifying corrective and compensatory actions;<\/li>\n<li>Establishing constructive communication between departments;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with the university\u2019s financial committee on budgeting for the operational plan;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing quarterly and annual reports on strategy implementation, progress, and achievements;<\/li>\n<li>Following up and approving the annual operational plan implementation report for submission to the Directorate of Planning, Policy, and Legislation at the Ministry of Higher Education;<\/li>\n<li>Timely preparation, organization, and localization of all relevant committee forms and formats;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with the
